How To Order
To order any of our publications, send a check or money order for the amount of the publication, plus shipping of $2.75 for the first title, and $1.00 for each additional title. California residents must also include appropriate sales tax. In order to keep your shipping costs as low as possible, we normally ship our books via USPS utilizing the “media mail” rate. If you desire faster delivery and want us to use “Priority Mail”, send $4.25 for the first title and $1.00 for every title thereafter. Sorry, no credit cards are accepted at this time.
